President - Richard has been with Chillybear since its beginning in 1988. Chillybear started as a t-shirt shop that offered silk screening and has evolved into what we call a department store for cool kids and screen printing, embroidery and heat transfer company with customers across the country!

Vice President - Casey joined Chillybear soon after her engagement to Richard. Through her experience in Corporate Marketing she brought in major wholesale accounts like Amstel Light, Tropicana, Nabisco and Jurassic Park the Lost World. Thanks to her diligent work our retail store evolved from a small 800 sq. foot t-shirt shop into a 2000 sq. foot full scale surf and skate shop featuring lines from Quiksilver, Billabong, Roxy and many more! |

Design & Sales - Casey joined the Chillybear staff in 2000 as a graphic designer in our wholesale department. His extensive drawing and computer graphic skills along with his patience and friendly manner with all of our wholesale customers has made him a customer favorite.

Retail Sales/Wholesale Production - The Chillybear definition of 'The Jack of all Trades'. Billy is our most experienced retail employee and has become an expert at skateboard assembly and sales and has built and delivered 100's of ramps and rails. Billy also heads up our in house heat transfer production crew and will be the first to tell you "Those presses are hot!"
